DESIGN: We lean heavily on CAD(M) services in the development phase to stay fast & efficient in fabrication phase. Our particular system is the most powerful in the world & interfaces easily with AutoCad, Catia, Inventor, Solidworks etc. Den has over 10,000 hours of CAD experience. He is extremely fast. Once your contract is signed & your deposit is received, you will see a solid model & schedule a review of your project in less than 24 hours. Fabrication will begin in less than 48 hours from the time you approve your drawings.

NETWORK: If we can’t design or build something specific, we know exactly who can. And, we’ll quickly forward you to them for efficiency – or we will help you prepare your Project Scope & CAD(M) for their specific processes & procedures.

VENDORS: We are beyond loyal to our machinists, fabricators, electricians, laser/waterjet cutters, cnc tube benders, welders and finishing coaters etc… Most of our subcontractor relationships are over 15 years old & they know that our niche is speed & durability. We pay 50% upfront to schedule production slots & the balance at delivery. It’s rare that we’re disappointed in any way by our vendors but if something is wrong, it must be fixed before your balance is paid. If you are providing the materials, please default to only materials with certifications/MTR’s.
